Talking about presentation anxieties,it is normal for everyone of us to have it during our presentation. In helping myself to overcome the anxieties, I need to look confident in front of the audiences eventhought I need to pretend.Just like the old saying goes – Fake it before you make it!. To develop my self- confidence,I should feel good about myself and do not be humble to show my strength.Be positive with myself and keep aside all the negativity thought of the audinces.Besides,I should also be well prepared before the presentation begin.Free my mind from worries and negative thoughts. Understand that my body will react from adrenalin rush.I should also make good gestures and body languages to help myself in controlling my anxieties.Lastly,I should smile and show my warmth to make a connection with the audiences so that my speech is easily delivered and understand by the audiences.

As for me, early preparation will help me to decrease or overcome presentation anxieties. Before i do a presentation,i will do deep research about the topic that i'm going to talk about. This is because i want to make sure that i know the topic very well like the back of my hand. So,when i go up the stage, i can speak it out naturally and not easy to forget the contents as we would like to forget what we are going to say or do when we feel nervous.Of course i won't forget to jot down some important point so that i have something to refer. That's all will increase my self-confidence to talk in front of people.Besides that i will also prepare myselr mentally such as i will tell myself that the audiences are very friendly or presentation is a easy job!
That's all i will do on myself to overcome my presentation anxieties.
The ways that would be helpful to me to overcome presentation anxieties are by doing homework before we want to present something to know well about the topic. After doing the research on what we going to talk about, we should do a lot of practices so that we will not be nervous and forget on what we want to talk about. On the presentation day, we must always ready on the day.For instance, we should get up earlier so that we would not be late. While doing presentation, we should be confident in front of the audiences. To increase our confidence level, we should take the deep breath and also should do some gestures so that we can reduce our nervous.I think this is the best way to overcome my presentation anxieties.

In my opinion, it is pretty normal for people to go through stage fright and anxieties during our presentation in front of a large group of people. It is like people are anticipating something from us and hoping for us to give them the info they needed. For me, a good and thorough research and preparation is crucial for us to deliver a good presentation. The second one is we should not be afraid of what other people responses or trying to cope to what they're expecting. Furthermore, being natural and try to relax during our presentation. For me, this way, it can make us more connected and comfortable with the audiences.

Presentation anxieties is very common that happen in our life. For me,in my past experience I may have had performance anxiety. It really affected my presentation. To overcome this problems,I think we must prepare enough.Prepare enough means we must prepare enough all the materials and all the things that we need to do in our presentation.Prepare enough also means that we need to practise enough, even though a posture or a simple smile also include. You can practise in front the mirror or in front your friend,so that you can know your problems. When you prepare enough,so you will more steady and more self-confidence in front the stages or class.Secondly,we also need to train our brave .If you brave enough, then you will not scare or afraid the audiences. Some people is very shy,or not dare to stand in front the stage to present. If you are brave enough, you already step in the first step to do your presentation. So I think brave is very importent. That is all my opinion about the overcome the presentation anxieties.

sometimes presentation anxiesties look like naughty kids always follow and around you.As well-known,we are humanbeings, and the anxiety is a felling that we should have.I think a person need not to overcome it ,only make the audience can't see it.Maybe my nervous are different from others because of different condition. For instence, when a person have a break during speech,it's because he don't know what will say in the following,in terms of me,most time because I don't know how to translate it in formal english,so I should learn and know some new useful words, that's what I should do,

In my opinion,to cover the anxiesties problem we have to train ourself, but how to train? In my style,I will try talking infront of my family and make them act as the "frist audience" before I start my speech infront of the public. If always talking,we can improve our talking skill and correct our pronounciation!!A well prepare also is a important factor for us to maintain our nervous, because a preparation will give us a good mentaly support!Pratice also need before the speech is giving infront the public audience!!"What you want to do when you on the stage!"This question we also have to think about like body lauguage, crack a joke and other things. As a conclusion,to overcome anxiestiesis not a easy matter,if we really want to overcome this problem,we have to brace up until anxiesties is leaving forever.
THANK YOU

There are many ways to overcome presentation anxieties.First,we are to think positive towards yourself and avoid being pessimistic.Do not dwell in negative thoughts for it increases nervousness and anxiety.Be confident at all times because when you fell good about yourself, you would not be nervous when coming on the stage and the audience can see that.Other than that,we should always stay focused, relax your thoughts and take a deep breath always.

From my point of view, presentation anxieties is a normal thing that everyone will experience during their presentation in front of 2 or more people. For me, to overcome the anxieties..we need to prepare well before the presentation. Try to search and find the materials such as journal and magazines to get more information about the subject that you need to present later.
Then, during the presentation, just take a deep breath and start your presentation by greeting the audiences . When we are standing in front of the audiences, try to make eyes contact with your friends to get their support. Indirectly, you will feel more comfortable talking in front of others and of course the presentation will run smoothly as your confident level have increase.

For me, it is normal for someone who will stand in front of audience to give a speech, presentations, singing and others they we’ll feel nervous or presentation anxiety.
As my physics lecturer said, if someone who will give speech or presentations, they will feel nervous for 2-3 minutes..and its normal..but after that we will feel calm.
In my opinion, to overcome the anxieties, we need to prepare well before the presentation.
After we prepared, we must practice, practice and practice, that is because practice makes perfect. Then our mind set must be positive. Tr y to don’t think about the other expecting about you.
Ater that, take a deep breath and start the presentations with greets the audience. Lastly, try to get the audience attention and have communication with the audience. Then, try to stay calm and relax during the presentations.
However I will try my best to give a good presentation.
Thank you.

in my point of view, i pervently think that presentation anxieties are normal to occur to every body..even to the world leaders or famous celebrities..how about us? surely we will especially during the first time giving speech in front of crowd..
as for me myself, i did experiance this kind of anxieties before..even until now, i still easily get nervous whenever i have to speak in front of people..but that doesn't stop me to do my presentation because i still can control it by doing several practices which i've gained from my lecturers, seminars i attended, and advices from websites..firstly, in order to be prepared, i will certainly collect as much info as possible regarding to my topic of presentation..then i'll plan on what am i going to say so that i can avoid saying things that are irrelevent..during the day of presentation, i'll focus only on my topic and ensure that i deliver well..thinking positively and be relax are what will i do when the presentation is about to start..not to forget, taking a deep breath is a must..by doing so, i know that my presentation will be going on smoothly eventhough it is not as perfect as what my lecturers would have ecpected..as long as i can feel the people are connected to me, i guess that is ok..but that is certainly not going to stop me to be better in giving speech the very next time..i'll keep on practising because i believe that practice makes perfect..

In my opinion, every people will experience performance anxiety for their first presentation or speech in public. There are symptoms that will lead us to lack in confident, rapid heart rate and else will affect our performance. But, there are still a lot of ways to overcome presentation anxieties. Firstly, we must boost our self-esteem by love our self. Appreciate our own strength and achievement. Either our physical look or mental aspect of our life. Secondly, think positive and avoid being pessimistic or negative thoughts. Thirdly, communicate with our self and knows our own strengths. Next, to overcome stage fright, we must choose an affirmation that we either believe or want to believe and keep the affirmation short enough that we can easily remember word for word. The most important things we must be prepared to cultivate calm and relax body before the presentation. Lastly, practice our self like we are delivery in a comfortable setting and take it slow when the real day comes. For me, these ways will help me to overcome performance anxiety and be a good performer.

In my experiances, anxiety during public speaking is commonly occurs to everyone, including me. Thus, I think we should have strategies in facing anxiety during public speaking. First, we must well prepared to increase our confidence. Second, we must set our minds that public speaking is nothing. It likes talking to our friends or someone we knew. For a shy person, I guess that you should practice public speaking from the bottom. For example, try to talk with others during day to make you feel more comfortable to face people on stage. Try this ya!!! :)

Try this at home.Anxieties was a major problem to everybody who lack of experience talking in front of audience...What would I do about it??In my opinion there is a lot of thing we can do to overcome it..The first thing I will do is make a full preparation and find anything about the topic may relate, then a little practice. When the time come I will take a deep breathe and calm down before getting started. Of course my heart beats fast but buying some time will calm myself. That what a pro presenter do. Then I'll try my best to deliver the topic. I will use clear voice and right body posture to make myself more confident. Crack some joke to make your anxieties less and avoid audience bored to your lecture..
