i would say that being mentally positive and ready for the presentation is very helpful to overcome this kind of anxiety. in other ways it sets our mind to become brave to present in front of others and build more confidence level. apart from that having some visual aid or props such as pointing laser to point the slides. when we have both with us along for the presentation the audience will attracted to the visual shown and does not focusing their eyes towards us that make us feel more shaky in front.

ReplyDeleteSelf confidence is very important during presentation. Without it you might ruin your own presentation. The topic that you choose might very easy for you but when you stand in front of audience then the confidence level might change. Therefore, we should maintain our confidence level from time to time.
Secondly, mindset of thinking could create influences during presentation. We should think positively when we are presentin. This is because, our mindset could allow us to think of negative sides and create an impact to our presentation. Therefore, we should think positively before we start our presentation to avoid any distraction by others.

First at all,the web that i need to read before is very helpful in identifying n overcome the serious problem that involving majority people nowadays that is presentation anxieties..hehe=P
In my opinion, confidence is the most important to overcome presentation anxieties.
If we have higher self confident during giving speech or talk,the audiences will give their full attention to listening and watch the presentation.
In addition,practice,prepare and think positive are important too for overcome this problem.A lot of practice will help you to be well prepared and the preparation will help you to feeling a little bit relaxed and thinks positive help you fell comfortable during giving the speech..
Furthermore,we have to take an actions start from now for overcome this presentation anxieties.

In my opinion, for presentation anxieties we must have self confidence and stage fright. Voice laud and have action can make our strength for presentation. Self confidence is the key to successful public speaking.
Beside that, before the presentation, we must have point, practice and think positive. We can make a good presentation with that. The important, you must know your strength for presentation. It can help you feel comfortable during the presentation.

I Think before we want to presentation. we must get ready early the point presentation, and make sure we must practise speeking before start the speech.
During the prenstation we must to confidence and prepared some addition like slide. And voice must loud and also give action during the presntation.
Besides that, during the prenstation we also ask the audience about the presentation because want to look the respone audience.

ReplyDeleteWay to overcome presentation anxieties is we must be prepared.We must be prepared not just physically but mentally also is a important element to achieve a successful in presentation.We should prepare our speech before present it and we must get enough sleep before presentation.
Then,we must consistent to practise it.We should spend time as much as posible to practising our speechWe can try practice in front of our family,friends and teachers.We can also practise in front of a mirror.Like this we can see our presentation ourselves.
When presentation,take a deep breathe.this can help us not feel so nervous and we can relax.We should present slowly.This is because when we feel nervous we will talk fastly.if we talk slowly,we can present our speech to audience clearly.We should imagine the audience as one person.So that we not feel nervous.

After see the information at this website, i would like to share with my friends about a way to overcome presentation anxieties.
The way to overcome presentation anxieties is self confident. Self confident is very important during our presentation. This is because, a lot of people, speaking or performing in front of an audience can be very uncomfortable and frightening. Another people is feel very nervous when he or she walk to the stage. So we must bossing self-confident from time to time in our life.
Beside that, we must free our mind from worries and negative thoughts. This is because, our mindset will influence if we think to negative way. The negative thoughts will impact to our presentation, from this way we may be easy to distraction during presentation. Therefore, before we start our presentation, we can listen some music to relax our mind.
Beside performing on stage, we must get ready, it is very important to cultivate a calm and relax body before start performing. Nest we must be careful when doing a "self-talk" and remember what your topic about.

Presentation anxieties or it is often called stage fright that happens during presentation or performance. This anxiety happen maybe happens due to fear that occurs among the speakers that perform or present in front of a lot of audience. Here I have some ways to overcome presentation anxieties:-
Fist, accept the fear, focus and relate to the audience, identify and challenge your fearful thoughts, remember to breath, be passionate about your topic. Be clear that your talk matters to you.
Second, be prepared. It is very important to cultivate calm and relax body before the auditions. Free your mind from worries and negative thoughts. Understand that your body will react from adrenalin rush.
Third, appreciate our own strengths and achievements. Try to appreciate your whole being, physical, emotional or mental aspect of our life.
Forth, have a backup plan. Whether it is note cards or an excuse to leave and start over, have a backup plan that will save the day if your nerves become too much to handle.
Fifth, think positive.
Sixth, we should know our weakness and also strengths.
Lastly, we also must have self confidence. This ways is very important to overcome presentation anxieties.
So, I hope all this ways to overcome presentation can help all my classmate and also me on give any presentation in front of a lot of audience. Thank you.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion,i strongly believe that a person with self confidence level and positive thinker can present a best presentation perfomance.no matter what is the topic that we choosen..It can be about anything.even if we not really familiar with the topic given we still manage to attract the audience attention through our confident.When we need to face people just look around them.Dont be nervous.Take a deep breath and believe that you can be present better than your friend..
U still never trust your self present the presentation infront of your friends and family.And look for the comens that their give you.Dont ever feel shy if you get too many comen.Think positively and take all the comen that you received from them as a stair case for towards your journey to be the best presentation performer.Take the comens and do the correction on it.that will help you to present well.

If not, you will become nervous and not have good performance in your presentation.
