    Before start any presentation, do recite doa and basmallah. Drink a glass of water because it gives me the calm and relief. While presentation, to avoid the anxieties, i grip my finger and grasp it fit.

    Before i'm do a presentation, i will make sure that i've a topic that will make audience pay attention during my speech, i also will prepared my self with do some practice so that will make me ready for the presentation and became more calm and confident... maybe..

    To avoid the anxieties during the presentation, i'll try to focus about what i want to present, not to the audience face that maybe look so scary for me.. hehe.. and try to imagine that only have one or two audience only..

    Before i do the presentation, the first i will do is try to calm down. Then i will try to memorize what i will do in presentation. On the other hand, i will try to give my best shot on doing my presentation...

    I think there are many tips that will have to follow to make the presentation interesting. Such as body language, speak with confident, do not just read from notes, maintain sincere eye contact with audience, speak loudly to audience, listen to their questions and respond to their reaction because communication is the key to a successful presentation. if i can follow all this tips insyaallah i will done very well in my presentation.

    Anxieties was a major problem mostly to everybody...What would I do about it??In my opinion there is a lot of thing we can do to overcome it..The first thing I will do is to make full preparation and find anything about the topic may relate, then a little practice. When the time come I will take a deep breathe and calm down. Of course my heart beats fast but buying some time will calm myself. Even a pro presenter will do that. Then try my best to deliver the topic. I will use clear voice and right body posture to make myself more confident. Crack some joke to make your anxieties less and avoid audience bored to your lecture..

  6. Before I do the presentation, the first thing is calm down and then I must think positive. After that prepare and memorize my speech. If I fail to prepare, I prepare to fail. To avoid the anxieties during the presentation, I’ll try to focus my topic, look at the audience, try to be cool and make them laugh if I have some idea.

    Anxieties..all person get experience in this situation..for me, i will try make my heart calm down before start the presentation..i will talk to myself that i can do continuosly..and when started presentation i will try to make audience look like doll.And ofcourse before presentation i will prepared very well..
